Terms and conditions

In relation to our principal we operate exclusively in accordance with the latest version of “Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen” – ADSp – (German Freight Forwarders´ Standard Terms and Conditions). The ADSp limit in section 23 ADSp the legal liability in accordance with § 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) for damage to goods in the case of damage to goods whilst in the care of a forwarder to 8,33 SZR per kg, in the case of multimodal transports; including sea transports to 2 special drawing rights (SDR) per kg; plus in addition per damage or event to Eur 1 Millions or Eur 2 Millions respectively or 2 SDR/kg whichever is the greater. Section 27 ADSp does not constitute an agreement for alternative maximum liability sums concerning section 25 of the Montreal Convention. Arbitration is excluded.
